Simple Spooky Touches for Halloween Mantel

My fireplace is another area for me to display seasonal decor. I start with a classic hydrangea and wheat garland. I added some extra wheat and a raffia bow. I love to drape the garland off the side of the mantel. I’ve added some mercury pumpkins and a mercury votive for a visual effect. Fall 2017 Entrance Decor

I have a small entrance so the mirror gives it the illusion of extra depth.  The throw rug helps with dirty shoes and picks up the color of my carpet.  I have a lantern with a timer candle with a fall leaf spray and some acorns and small white pumpkins.
