Halloween is such a fun holiday to celebrate as a kid. Then as a parent, there is a new kind of joy watching your children experience Halloween.
Here is my oldest son, and first born, out trick-or-treating for the first time. Of course the mask was off as soon as he got his candy. At least he kept it on long enough for me to snap a few pictures.
Pumpkin carving was always a big deal. This charming Jack-o-lantern was carved by my middle son.
And here he is ready to scare some people as he goes out door-to-door.
Me, on the other hand, I was a bum most years. It was easy and it was the in thing at the time. You just had to add a pillow case and then could traipse around town collecting your candy. Oh to be a kid again!
