This large ceramic turkey is my favorite. He brings back so many memories from my childhood spent in my father’s grocery store. I passed many years there from the time I was in a baby carriage until I was a teen. Every Thanksgiving, we put a huge turkey in the window to let people know that we had fresh turkeys for sale.
I found this embossed gold candle at Pottery Barn this year. Luckily, I picked it up while it was on sale. I just love their sales. You can find some really good deals then.
The leaves in the Tuscan vase pick up the golden colors in the pumpkins. I used these same leaves and pumpkins earlier in the autumn for a living room display. I love things that I can use in multiple ways yet still appear fresh just by changing up the look. Simply adding a turkey takes it from fall to Thanksgiving.
