Lentil Pasta Soup
This is a great hearty lentil soup to ward off the chill of November.
- bag of carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 bag of lentils
- 1 jar of tomato sauce
- Saute onions and carrots in a large pot with the olive oil.
- Fill the pot halfway with water, tomato sauce, and lentils. Bring to a boil.
- When the lentils are soft, add in the pasta. Cook until pasta is done.
