Bake Italian sausage for 25 to 30 minutes. In a pan lightly coated with olive oil, add 2 oz of garlic. Cook until the garlic is lightly golden. Next, add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes. Boil the broccoli rabe until it is tender. Then add it to the pan with olive oil and garlic. Add in the sausage. Separately boil the pasta. When done, add to a bowl and top with the sausage and broccoli rabe mixture.
